i'm walking out the door now, and i aint coming home unless i got's me a check for 50k!! i have 2 people intrested in investing in my lott. i dont want 2 investors, but i'll take 1. i set a meeting for both at the same resturant (they might as well buy me breakfast too!! lol), and i'm gonna play 1 against the other...they both (seperatly) offered up 25k, but only 1 gets in....lets see who wants to be the winner! wish me luck...

welp, walk into breakfast meeting with 2 guy's (who didnt know, that i knew, that they were trying to put me together), wanting to invest 25k for 10% each. walked out with 1 investor's check for 45k @ 8%!!!!
with that, my fixed and semi-fixed operating expences are covered for about 6 mo's!!! and no payment for first 6mo's, 5% payment for following 6mo's, and full 8% payment for 3yrs there after!!
i'm feeling pretty good boy's!!! drinks on the house!
