Did anyone see this judge crying as he gave the verdict on the ANNA SMITH trial over her remains? ahhh, I think the other parties might have a reason for mistrial, isn't a judge supposed to be impartial? He was crying for gods sake...

Due to me being sick all there was to watch was the trial and I came away feeling this judge just wanted the spot light. He talked more than the lawyers did.Comment

From what I understand that judge is shopping around for his own tv show. IMO, that's why the hearings were televised, why the judge was trying to be mr. comedian and why he was crying.Comment

Of course its sad. That being said stuff like this happens all around the world. Smith is being glamorized as a sort of marilyn monroe. She's far from it. I don't know what ever got her to celebrity status. She was a gorgeous gold digger with married an 80 something year old man to get rich. She's never had a record album, never been in a good movie, besides her playboy spread know one would know her. That being said again, it is sad and I feel for the little girl the most. But this judge is a joke. If you know anything about the legal system you would be astounded that this judge isn't lambasted. Fox news called it quite possibly the wierdest judge moment ever caught on tape!

I think that the judge in that case was thrilled from the begining to have it televised so that he could get his own "judg judy parody" some day.
