If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
good luck man, nothing like owning your own biz, one of the great joys is you no longer have to walk down the hall to get approval on any idea you believe is right and worthwhile, a huge confidence booster, on the flip side, watch out for your own weakness's whatever they may be, they can crush you in the long run, we know your great on the strengths and they surpass almost all others

I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
welp, i found 2 spots so far...1 is the best spot!! i feel that if i were to go in here, it'd be a slam dunk, i sh!t you not!!! but, the city will not allow cardealers in this area, and i've been told a special used permit has been tried before, and the city rejects it...that was THE spot.
the 2nd spot is ugly as hell, but 62000 vehicles pass by everyday. the building is terrible, but the property has a little frontage (enough for about 12 cars) and a side lott that fenced. it was a dealership in the past, but the old dude who owned it died, and his kids have no intrest... i think i'm just gonna look for 1 more week (the place dont really give me the warm and fuzzy's) but, i've talked with some guy's who's opinion on the matter i really respect, and they cant see where i could go wrong there...we'll see. i'll keep y'all up to date
