i must ask who is in need of a refinance or purchasing a house...im a mortgage broker and times r tough...need to start closing some loans and will hook ne of u guys up considering ive been around this board for a while....neone who needs debt consolidation...(paying off student loans, rolling high interest rate credit cards into a tax deductible mortgage)...or lowering monthly payment and or getting cash out for home improvements...let me knoe guys..ill take care of ya
