i've had offers in the past...timing as never right...i've thaught about it before, but the capital was not there.i just got off the phone with a guy that wants to front me in mt own lott. his pockets are very deep, and very secure. he owns many strip plaza's, but he also own 3 lotts south of me that do very well. he's always wanted to get something going with me (first i've heard of), but knew the timing was wrong. he wants me to swing by his office and see if we can get this together....he's talking about having it up and going with in 3 weeks!!

Dave, if you want my personal opinion, booze is always a way to go. Open up a beer distributor. I have several beer distributor who are clients. They rake in over $175,000 a year. You work from 10:00 to 9:00pm, you sell beer, lottery tickets, some cigarettes, etc... It's easy money. Aside from Jewelry, that is the 2nd most interested business I would like to get into. You can never go wrong with beer. See if this guy is interested in going in with you on a distributor. You would probably need $200K to start up.

^ thats funny!!! i told my wife today, i should just open a party store (same as what your saying i think)...no matter how bad the economy, people are gonna find the money for booze and smoke!!

damn mick, i thaught for sure you'd be hitting me with the "bad economy in michigan" thing by now!!!
common...all cars under 9988. all trucks under 12988. all vehicles with 6mo/6k powertrain warranty...financing for anyone...I MEAN ANYONE!!!
