How do you drink Flaxseed oil?

I bought a bottle of flaxseed oil last week. Now, I figured, I drink Apple Cider Vinegar every day. Flaxseed oil should be a breeze.
I nearly puked. Do you guys or gals mix it with anything?

It gets mixed into one of my shakes. I don't drink it alone. I have tatsed it alone and I didn't think it was that bad. Deffinitly easier than apple cidar vinegar. At least for me.

Pour it into a shake, or mix it in with a pasta chicken salad.

I always mix it up in my oatmeal....works pretty good.

Can you possibly cook with flax oil? Anyone tried before? Like bake chicken in it, mixed with olive oil or something?

I would think that would get expensive as hell. I'd just stick with olive oil for cookin, and flax for shakes or oatmeal.

Flax oil really doesn't have that much of a taste AOM. Try codliver oil one day, lol! I used to do a couple tablespoons in the am, but alot of ppl put it in their shakes. I use the 1000mg liquid caps now.

Now see, I got so immune to the taste of Apple cider vinegar that people look at me strange when I tell them I just swig a mouth full from the bottle. But tell them flaxseed oil tastes like ass, and they look at you funny.

I mix it with a can of tuna before bed.
The tuna is bearable with the oil and the oil isn't as strong flavored.
It's easy and works OK for me.

yeah mix it with food, i use to do like Sal and mix with tuna,no problem.

When I used it, I would just mix it in with one of my protein shakes...
