When I'm riding my bike and it's cold out my eyes water. A full face helmet would prolly help, but I just can't bring myself to get one of those things.

If it's windy and real cold my eyes will water, but I sure wouldn't call it crying by any means.

I only cry in a few situations:
          1) I pluck a nose hair
          2) My franklin gets stuck in my zipper
          3) When Bambi's mother was shot
          4) When my company tells me I have to go to Alabama for training

I think it's just the body's way of trying to keep the eye warm. But really I have no idea. lol

My eyes do that, though not to the point of tears running down my face. Same thing happens when I yawn.

My eyes always do when it's windy or cold, my dad doesn't though.
