    TC
first off TC i apologize for sounding like an asshole, and that goes for anyone else i may have offended. tensions are running high in our country right now and political debates always get me red hot and im sure the test and fina running through my veins dont help either. the question wasnt exactly stupid i just dont agree with it. the men and women who join our armed forces do so in anticipation of going to war and defending our interists, and if these men and women are reluctant to fight, kill, and die than they should have chosen a different proffesion. i know quite a few soldiers in our armed forces and 99% of them joined for the pride that comes along with beng part of the elite, they didnt do it for college money or anything like that (although that is great incentive) they enlisted because they wanted to kick ass and take names, they wanted to make history. they all know the price that come along with combat and they are willing to pay that price if it comes down to it. regardless if they are sent to kill iraqis or al-qeada or anyone else they are answering theyre countries call to arms. and once the shit hits the fan and they are baptised by fire, they are no longer fighting for only their country, they are fighting for theyre fellow soldiers the guys that they live and die with. the relationship that men form when under fire, when they're lives depend on each other is the strongest bond that can ever be formed between two human beings, stronger even than marriage. i guarantee that if you ask any man that has experienced combat this is what he'll tell you, and if you ask him whether or not he'd be willing to die for this bond, and if his death would be worth it to help out his fellow man, the answer would be one giant YES. when it comes down to it, after everything is said and done, these brave men are not fighting for the political reasons, but for each other, call it rage, retribution, whatever. a soldiers life is an honorable life.

I have done my homework! Look bro, It's like Goliath meeting the girl of his dreams and she has $250,000.
I'm saying he's with her because she's everything he's wanted in a girl.
Your saying he's with her because of the money.
And since you can't prove who is right I'm just gonna let this go.

      Goliath
1)Iraq has been in conflict with the sanctions placed on them in 91' since 91'. The only thing that has changed is our tolerance (9/11)

2)Anthrax, mustard gas and VX nerve agents unaccounted for,4,000 tonnes of raw materials for chemical weapons are unaccounted, 31,000 chemical weapons munitions unaccounted for, 600 tonnes of raw materials for the deadly VX nerve agent unaccounted for.

3.)Israel is enough and Britain is a bonus.

4.)disrupting efforts to weaken terrorist networks due to our foreign relations - your probably right their. The middle east is as destablized as it can get and has been since 1947 because of intolerance by muslim fucks

5.Dude are you watchin CNN? it's gonna cost us whether we do it now or when he strikes us or an ally.

6.They are already talking about surrendering.

7.Your giving into that Liberal BS now. WAY WRONG, I can see some expert ***** (with a masters in psychology)on CNN now saying this shit.

      8.not even gonna try.

9.Yeah we have been doing them for the last 12 years.

10.More Liberal BS. Same expert from above.

What do Liberals and Religion have in common - they both prey on fear and guilt of the insecure.

      It's late -

Very well said. The difference between the US having weapons of mass destruction and Iraq having them, is the US has a DEMOCRATIC government. No one person can just decide to nuke a country for the hell of it.

And for those that think this war is about oil......ignorance. We could have taken it years ago. Do you really think that after we get rid of Saddam and help them form a new gov't, we will just start taking oil? No way, get real.

The bottom line to this whole war is pretty simple. Bush said it a few weeks back: "The bottom line is whether or not the UN will back anything it says". Iraq AGREED to abide by the UN rules in 1991. Iraq has gone against ALL that it agreed upon. That's 12 years......what good is more talk? Yeah, that's it...let's just keep talking...maybe the Iraqi backed Al Queada will kill some more Americans.......
It's better to burn out, than to fade away...

Our freedom is threatened everyday by terrorists and those who support it. Dictators are dangerous and we almost had to learn this lesson the hard way from Fidel.
