Stupid Biotch!!!!!!

My oldest girl (she'll be 7 next month) came home from her mother's house last night and this moring she starts talkin then stops abruptly and says "I'm not supposed to tell you". I tell her baby, you can tell me anything. So she goes on to tell me that her mother told her that she was trying to get up enough money to go to court and get custody of her. WTF??? What judge would grant custody to some dumb **** that has a history of drug abuse (been to rehab before we split), is a convicted felon (ripped off her boyfriend for a few grand after we split) abandoned her kids for 3 months while she partied it up with her bf's money, attempted suicide, has a job as a waitress with wages garnished to pay restitution, has no car and no house?????? I'm not a bit worried that she could get my girls, but what has got me incredibly pissed off is her filling my girl's head full of so much ****! Now I'm the bad guy cause her mother tells her that I won't let her see her mother as much as she'd like, even though I've told her repeatedly that she can come spend time with her as much as she'd like and I don't even push the child support thing cause I was tryin to be nice. I don't even have to let that ***** get them every other weekend, in the papers visitation is at my descretion! Well **** that! I'm haulin her ass back to court and getting her wages garnished for back support (about 3 k or so). I swear to God if I knew that I wouldn't get caught I'd cripple that piece of **** for ****ing with my kid's head like that!

that really sucks, you shouldnt worry with a past like that. My parents always tried to make the other look bad when they went through a messy divorce. Just be the strong one let your daughter know that her mom can see her as much as she wants (if that is what you are saying) it all up to her. Oh and be honest with your kid, I could always tell a lie when my parents started that shyt, kids at that age are not given enough credit imo.
i think you should also take her to court to get child support. If your ex wants to be a part of her life she should help even though it sounds like you dont need it. You could always put that money in a savings account or something for your daughter.

Lived through it JUST LIKE THAT!!!! Do what you have been and be a good strong father figure for them...as you already are, and just realize its a power struggle for her and a control issue...DO WHAT YOU HAVE to do to keep them girls...My mom was awarded custody and it was a horrible childhood for me and I wish my father would of got his head out of his ass and stepped up like you are...VERY impressed with your attitude to be a good father....not always the case anymore.

It sounds to me that she's trying to make up for being a bad parent. She knows she has nothing to offer her so she tells her the one things that she knows would excite her. She just want's to have her daughter appreciate her as much as she does you. But, with that said, there are much better ways to improve the relationship than by playing that game. I can't stand people that play that game with their kids. You should never bash a childs parents, ever. It's just not right. Even if the person is a total low life, you should never mention it in front of the child. IMO

Thanks guys. Merc and Corrodo, I hear ya, I went through some crap like that when I was little too, pops was an alcoholic and his wife hated my guts to no end. I guess that's why I make it a point to try and be what a father is supposed to be and then some.

use back child support as a tool bro. also if you have custody there are few judges who will reverse that unless you screw up back and i am sure thats not the case.

sorry you are in such a bad spot, but they will give her visitation if she can get the $$$ to have an attorney sue for her rights..
