I'd take it before the flatlanders build a Wal-Mart or some strip mall, like the're doing here.Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.

Actually, once cleared it's all good. It started out as 100.3 acres, Pronghorn Development out of Wyoming bought it and split it up. The only "bad" spots that are really low and hold water are on a couple of the 15 acre tracts. One of the 20acre tracts is the highest point then the 7.8 one is right next to it and it's kinda down hill then up again from there.Originally posted by Aphrodite View PostComment
