Went to my sports med doc this morning and there's no fracture but he said I basically sprained it and hurt the tendon. Nothin I can do but what I've been doin (ice, NSAIDs, rest) it's good news but still sucks. He also made a comment about my wrist size and the amount of weight that I'm benchin. I blew that off cause I'm not one for excuses and I've seen plenty of cats with small wrists benchin what I bench.
