Anyone here drink these? They pretty much taste like ass but Ensure Plus gives ya 13g protein, 50g carbs, a boat load of vits and mins and 350 cals in just 8 oz. This is a great addition to your protein drinks especially if you're trying to pick up a few more pounds.

yup, and 8oz isnt anything to chug. Just wish they were cheaper

I used to have a cans of that tube feed through my nose for three weeks.

Their not bad, but i don't recall the ingrediants off hand to remember the sodium and fat %. Boost isn't bad either. I think alot of older ppl (seniors) drink them.

Where does the other 98 cals come from. There are 13 grams of protein and 50 grams of carbs, that's only 252 cals. Mistery cals scare me. lol

Yeah, they way I see it, you can make a shake for less than $1, so most of these canned drinks are off my list. For me, if I want to add more cals I mix in milk or fruit or something, depending on the shake. There was a point where I was hooked on those cans, but they were costing my a fortune. So, I went backto the powder and add things to beef them up.

I drink them here and there. Very easy to down one on a 15min break at work and not have to worry about mixing stuff or anything. I usually buy the High Protein ones in chocolate. Not bad stuff.
