      It's all in the transitions!
      Practice those time and time and time again.
      And breathing too - you've done this before but it's been few years - practice breathing and keeping short breaths with the chest not the belly breathing.

      Every little bit helps.

        Good tips bro, I am starting to practice this weekend and the breathing makes perfect sense and def something that needs practice.

            Thanks for those Tman, Ive been on you tube all day for songs and videos...lol Looks like I will be up a little while longer... But those classic posers are much more fun to watch imo. ALSO can you believe Lee Labrada competing at 176....WOW!!! 5'4" of course but dam how things have changed.

              Look at how ripped he is in the last one, I think it's '93. He's shredded! The next to last one starts out real slow and then goes into Zeppelin which gets the crowd in it.

                one of my early and best competitions i posed to the the top gun anthem..yeah its pretty old but it worked grat with me...i also posed to scorpions "rock you like a hurricane" once and it went very well...
