When you wake up everymoring and get out of bed to go do your "( to5", what motivates you? For me, it's my kids. I don't want my kids to struggle like I had to when I was younger. I want them to look at me many years down the road and say "Wow, Dad really busted his balls for us." So I want them to have the better things. They keep me motivated.
Also, seeing GymDiva in Bikinis. That keeps me motivated when I'm alone under the covers.

and the fact that I can easily persuade/manipulate the lil guy in the cafeteria at work to give me free Icee's
You damn woman have that certain something 99% of guys want (except Fuzo and Mikey). And if you use it to your advantage, you can get free cars, money, icees? Anyways.
So you all mean to tell me money is more important than family? Than kids? Health? etc...?

of course family....but I look after myself and thus I have to make money. Health...jeesh, I'm a nurse, we're like the most noncompliant patient's ever. We ignore our health.
If I had to say another thing...it would be achieving my goals or looking forward to special moments, etc.

Seeing how other people live. I wanna set examples and lead. im at a point in my life where I can feel 16 with 40 years of life experience. remember that saying ? I have a lotta stuff I wanna do yet,..and most of it will happen !
Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
Same reason as you bro! I never want my wife or son to be in need. It's funny you mention this because I spent the last week putting together a marketing plan and investing into some things I normally wouldn't so that I can increase revenue for my family's future. By the time I'm 45 I want to be totally debt free and I know I can do it, I just have to make it happen. I do that by making smart choices. Choices like having an extra $3,000 at the end of the year and paying down my mortgage instead of buying a plasma TV or something like that.
I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
Well, obviously providing my family is the most important thing to me, but also being in the nursing home business it's nice to make a difference in these people's lives. We take care of folks who either don't have anyone or who's family just can't handle the load. This isn't a great paying job by any stretch of the imagination but it's very rewarding.
Family first, Making my gf happy and being a solid role model for my brother and 3 sisters. I have no kids and am back in school doing what I want to do in life. So the will to live in good standing and make others around me proud of what I have done and are about to do....oh and to be as big a mofo as possible...

That's what it's all about bro! The serving of others is more important that making more money. Good for you bro.

i love my job...i really dont need special motivation. i like to do what i do...it's all i know, and i'm good at it.
ofcourse i want to be paid...ofcourse i want things for my family. but, i could make more money taking on bigger positions (they have been offered, alot)...i like it here...i like the time i get with my family, but it's the job that motivates me to get out of bed and get at it!
