is it really that bad going shopping with your g/f, wife? I mean I dont mind being drug thru Lowe's, Home Depot, West Marine, Boat World, Sports Authority etc.

We have an agreement i dont make her go to the places you mentioned. She doesnt drag me thru the mall to look at 30 pairs of shoes that all look the same to me anyway.Comment

well I think guys just know what they are wanting to get and go to the place and buy it and go on with their day and women go to the store and dont know what they want, they just have a general idea so they need to check out every option of that idea to make the best decision for them. It is frustrating to most men because that isnt how we think. Would most of you agree with this?Comment

no...it's not bad at all. i go shopping with my wife all the time. we even make grocery shopping a family event (that get's annoying sometimes, so i go by myself about once a month). anytime we go shopping, we dont just hit the store she or i want too...we kinda hit them all. it is THAT BAD!!!! My wife can go to the grocery store with a certain item in mind and when she gets to that item she has to look at and touch and hold and read every different brand. That is with something she already knows she wants. Don't let her go to a store with nothing particular in mind....you probably wont make it out without having to eat twice.
I'd rather be strapped naked to an ant hill and have my boys smeared with jelly than to shop with that trick.Comment

I didn't mind doing it with my -ex g/f. She didn't spend a lot of time being indecisive. She always knew what she was looking for. She did shop around for better prices so we'd go to like 5 different stores, but it was cool just being able to spend time with her.NO PAIN, NO GAIN

if its the grocery store, I get in and out quick because I dont want to spend too much money on food. But if its the mall, I'll stay all damn day and go in each shop and probably spend all my money
The more ppl you take to the grocery store, the more money you're gonna spend...cuz everyone wants something different or something
well...I'm glad to see most of you are good sports about it....and not having to stop at the bar n between shoppin or to be hit repeated over the head, or even heavily sedated

Lily does most of the grocery shopping she probally goes almost every day seeing the safeway is less then 2 minutes from the house so she always stops and picks up fresh food for dinner, but on the big grocery shopping days i go with her. as far as the other stuff yes i like going shopping with her we both like to window shop and just do whatever to get out the house... and yes she tolerates home depot and lowes and i tolerate all the girly shops but i will admit when it comes to jeans shopping with her i do kinda loose my mind because nothin ever seems to fit her right according to her ...this 4 is to tight but this 4 is to big in the but bla bla bla“Don't worry about life, you're not going to survive it anyway.”

It sucks. I can have a list of 10 itesm to buy ant the store, and get them all within under 1/2 hour. When I get home, I try them on. If the don't fit, I exchange them. Phuque that whole standing in the store and walking around thing. Just get what you want and get out. All I hear is "Awwww, look how pretty that is!"
