Anyone here have it? I think I'm developing or have developed it in my right wrist. It's been kinda buggin me for a while now and shoots up my forearm but horse linament usually takes care of it, but tonight at the gym I was going for a heavy triple on bench and that bit-ch felt like it snapped. I don't think I did any serious damage cause I have full range of motion and only a tad bit of swelling but sheeeeyyyiittt it hurt. Is there anything that can be done aside from surgery that you guys know of?

Re: Carpal tunnel
most lifters have it to some degree because of the stress we put on it. Try getting wrist wraps and use them on your chest, shoulder, and tricep days (basically your pushing/press days). Ice and baby it, sucks getting old. You can lesson your pain and discomfort but bottom line is its not going away.
