It's not like we tried him. The country of Iraq charged him and tried him, all we did was offer the security to get it done. But, whatever. Every month the US finds another bank account thatis giving money to the middle east and they freeze it. They have less and less resources available, they are in hiding, and everyoen is looking for them. I don't think they will ever accomplish anything bigger than 9/11. At least, not for a long time.
