thats not in the constitution but federal income tax laws are..Anyone whos interested in why you dont need to pay federal income tax should watch America Freedom to Fascism..As a laborer unless your tax $ is distributed to the people- it is illegal. Wesley Snipes is in a case like this right now-so it should be very interesting to see what happens.
