192.xxx. is another internal IP address. I take it you are using a router. 192 is common with NAT. You might have to open up some ports. Another thing to do is go to google.com and do a search for "what is my IP" click on a site and it will give your public IP address. That is what people will need to connect.Comment

ok 24.27.224.160 is the address to your FTP. What kind of router are you using? Most newer have web based interface to open up ports. Open up DOS window and type in ipconfig and it will list your gateway IP. Type that gateway IP in your browser. If you have web based on your router it will have options to open ports. Would be easier if I knew what kind of hardware you are using. Also if you are using XP make sure the default firewall is off.
So what operating system are you using?
