The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

192.xxx. is another internal IP address. I take it you are using a router. 192 is common with NAT. You might have to open up some ports. Another thing to do is go to google.com and do a search for "what is my IP" click on a site and it will give your public IP address. That is what people will need to connect.

ok 24.27.224.160 is the address to your FTP. What kind of router are you using? Most newer have web based interface to open up ports. Open up DOS window and type in ipconfig and it will list your gateway IP. Type that gateway IP in your browser. If you have web based on your router it will have options to open ports. Would be easier if I knew what kind of hardware you are using. Also if you are using XP make sure the default firewall is off.
So what operating system are you using?
                      what kind of hardware?
Then we can go from there to get it working.

ahhh ... if it's a router, we can't get directly to your computer more than likely ....
