After polling the ladies I'm married to, living with or dating they agree on ripped no matter what size. And I'm 6'2'' 250 but not ripped right now. But that what I get for taking a three month break. Good thing I went back to the gym last week.

Well, I can tell you this, when I have 1,200 on the leg press and ripping out 15 reps I would get a shitload of stares, but that's more of an awe. It's the fit guys who actually get the looks. I know a couple years ago I dieted down to about 225 and I was getting a lot more 'looks' than when I'm in the 240's. Most people stare at the big guys and look at the fit guys. They are in awe of guys who deadlift 405 ofr 12 reps and they are in envy of guys who are fit. IMO

I should rephrase it alittle. Well the bigger guys are gonna get more looks of course cause of there size even if your fat .....blam wo did u see that ? U get the big picture .But most women generally like the fit guys over bigger guys (like) ...but if ur a freak of course everyone's gonna look at u .

Me and my bro where at the beach last month doing some fishing/crabbing. he went walkin off doing something, and im jus kinda looking around,..there where these women just stareing at'em like a porkchop ! like the way guys would at a chick. he's pretty lean and chiseled...and 21.

the 20yr old 5'9 155lb little geek, barking like a dog and screaming while doing dumbell rows with 110 lbers. that he manages to move up 1-1.5inches, he gets all the looks at my gym.
i dont really notice alot of looking going on. if a big dude is repping out with huge weight's, he might get a couple on lookers, but my gym is pretty low key. (except for screaming boy)

agreed bro i hear it all the time from my wifes friends..theyd rather see a cut guy then a bulky one

The majority of women prefer men to be fit with nice abs and a nice ass. Guys are generally the ones who love huge muscles although some women do like them as well

YEP! What he said -

I know that when people who are looking, women or men, are looking at the bigger guys in awe. They are looking at a freak or at least what they think is a freak.

The one who are getting the looks because others think they're hot are the fitness type guys.

I think part of it also has to do with what someone wears.
A lot more of the fitness type guys wear clothes that are tighter fitting and show off more of the chiseled abs, etc.

When I go to the gym its baggy pants and huge loose fitting long sleeve workout attire. Only in my gym do I bother to peel down to a tank and everyone knows what I look like there so it's not a big deal.

alright, i'm sold for sure now, no more powerlifting for me..

Went on a 1 week long cruise, had a great time... holding at

200 lbs, about 12%bf..

got alot of looks, and allot of attention from women.. made the wife pissed and proud all at the same time..

happy days..

So true...

If a guy has coin, that alone will attract a great deal of good looking women no matter what he looks like.

btw, I was watching Jeff Garcia (Eagles QB) on a Philadelphia sports talk show last night, and they had his absolutely stunning former Playboy centerfold join him. Now I would never judge another man's looks, but Jeff Garcia is one of the ugliest dudes I've ever seen in my life...LoL

Without a doubt money and or power is an attraction to women as it is also for men but not nearly as much.

Without a doubt girls on the whole notice and are attracted to defninition and aesthetics over mass , as with anything there are exceptions and everthing is subjective. I would say most womens ideal is somewhere between male/fitness model and stripper.

Strength turns my head. I am always interested in seeing someone strong doing their lifts. I admire strength and good form.
