I have insomnia
Well I have been up for 26 hours,I helped my friend again snow plowing and I can not go to sleep for shit,my eyes r heavy and I feel like shit but can't sleep.I just took some tylenol pms so I hope they work.

take a really hot shower and drink a cup of decaf tea... i remeber we did sometihng in psych how heating of ur head (body temp) will cause the body to produce more serotonin... and some other hormones.. that help u sleep... -
