PEOPLE SUCK ASS!!!
Me And The Wife Bought A New House Well We Got ****ed!!! The Power Cut Off The First Day We Were There Because The Outside Breaker Went Out, The Dishwasher Was Not Even Wired Up Then Get It Wired Up It Floods My Floor It Is Still Not Fixed And Its Been A Week Half Still Goona Have To Wait Another 5 Days Till It Gets Fixed. The Second Night We Were There The Furnce Tore Up So I Wake Up At 3 Am And Its 50 In My Hosue With No Heat At All, All My Gutters Are Not Even Seal On The Seams!!! This Is A Brand New Housei Did The Walk Through I Thought That I Checked The Dw But I Guess Not!!

the dishwasher was my fault yes but everything else no it was not its a BRAND new house you get no inspection on it! the power had been on it for a while and the air and heat worked when i checked it! god damn all you all just wanna be dicks to me but yet is BRAND new when you buy somehting new it should fuc king work!!!Comment

Alot of ppl where i live get their potential home professionally inspected b4 hand. Didn't you get home warranty? alot of times the seller will pay for this as part of the real estate sale. Well...just chalk it up to experience. Your gonna have to prob get new gutters. I just got new ones last yr, because the seams on the corners were leaking, and the gutter guy said it is near impossible to seal them when that happens. Make sure you get the seamless gutters for sure. I got the commerical grade ones which are wider than the ones they put on most residential homes. They (commercial grade) look alot better if you have them a dif color then the house. What is your aprox footage of your home, i mean length and depth? Actually, if this is a "new" built home, it should be fixed at the contractors expense. In my state, after a home is built you have 1yr and if anything goes wrong in that time, it is the builder responsibility. I would go back to the real estate agent that sold you the home and pitch a *****. Unless the home was built over a yr ago, you are not legally responsible to improper workmanship.Comment

You definitely should have a home inspection on any home you buy. I have heard many stories about home inspectors finding major problems in brand new homes. I'm glad that you seem to have fixed most of it though.Comment

Main thing is did you buy the home "AS IS". If it says in the contract sold "AS IS" then you are out of luck as far as resinding your loss.Comment
