I ordered a knife from these clowns allmost two months ago. after three weeks I e-mailed them reguarding the status of my order...finally they tell me it had to be back ordered...says they'll let ya know...they never did, I had to write them. then finally after six weeks I get my order...there was a DVD and a little keychain knife in the box ! so I wrote them and sent a copy of the invoice, asking WTF the deal with that was..."look in the box, sometimes it may be in the packing". I about hit the ceiling !!! so I sent a picture of the contents of the box and asked for a refund. for some reason they wont give me a number so I can talk to a real person. these guys are a joke so be warned !!

The knife I ordered was the Safe Keeper III by Cold Steel. back in the day(80s'), it was called the Urban Skinner. I got a promotional coupon from Bushido DVD, and seen they were still making the knife so I ordered it. they wrote me yesterday and said someone made a mistake...fine. but I shouldn't have to pay a restock fee for "their" mistake. they still wont give me a number so I can contact them, which is kinda weird if ya ask me.Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
