I had a female friends recently diagnosed with MS.  she is a lil down about gaining weight and her apperance.  She use to be a big time runner and stopped that due to the MS.  
you guys have any advice i can give her about training.
i told her maybe a water arobics class or biking. something with no compression. also to add a lil lean muscle i was thinking a full body work out using resistance training with a thera-band.
