    some people.. dont really have time to eat those heavly meals throughout the day so you have to replace that whole foods with shakes, simple as that.

    Sven knew how to bulk.. guy was a plumber I think was eating like crazy during the day,.. and drinking those GNC weight gainers .. few times during the day..

      Here's what my shake has in it: Two scoops chocolate whey, 20 oz whole milk, two bananas, 3 tbspn natural peanut butter, flax oil (I don't measure it just pour) and 1 tblspn fiber.

        I recommend a lot of food... peanut butter, flaxoil, milk, etc... that will put on the pounds...

          Here is the thing. Putting on pounds may be easy for someone.. but what kind of pounds are they.. most people when bulking do get gut..and majority of weight is fat..

          unlike pro BB no matter what they eat they still manage to gain size with that cut.. we all know how come..and why but still..

            I just puff some serious MMJ and eat alot of good chow ! weight gain powders give me some serious gas..plus the're loaded with cholesterol. Allthewhey is what im using too..great stuff.
            Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
