I personally like serious mass its 1250 cals and it taste better then all the ones I have tried. I have found though that if you get your own whey protein and add your own carbohydrates like carboplex you end up with a good weight gainer and at a cheaper price. But for now i stick with the serious mass

I'VE TRIED MASS TECH AND CYTOGAINER...CANT STAND EITHER. I WILL TRY SERIOUS MASS, BUT RIGHT NOW I'VE BEEN USEING TRUE MASS FROM BSN AND I LIKE IT VERY MUCHHE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!

What i do is take a 1/2 scoop of Serious Mass (Their scoops are huge, lol), then i will add pure isolate. If im not bulking i just use the pure isolate and get my carbs and added protein from whole food.

Food, plain and simple. I've never recieved any 'good' mass from those weight gainers. Look at it like this, how many guys on the Mr. O stage doyou think drink those things? None! You won't gain anything worth writting home about with those things. They are full of crap calories. You want to gain mass then you need to eat food. You need to eat meat, rice, pasta, potaotes, hell...you would be better off eating pizza than drinking those things.
Byron, trust me, coming from a guy who got as high as 248 pounds at only 5'10" I'm telling you, those weight gainers are crap. If you want to add good mass then you need good food and that doesn't come in container.
I'm not trying to rip on anyone that drinks those things because I've done it too but the fact is you will gain better quality mass if you just eat more whole food. They might add 'weight' but it's not quality weight. Like I said, I guarantee not one guy at the pro level drinks those things, they eat whole food and add a couple whey protein chakes here and there when they are on the run.
