cool cool sounds liek a good project you got going there how many lbs of boost you planning on running. You seem pretty knowledgable about 5.0 but i will just throw this out there cause many people don't know but if you detach your front sway bar you will hook much better out of the hole and cut a better 60 foot time

yep have that trick no fun when you leave the track thou LOL
i have a set of slicks i put while at the track

not going crazy with the boost i have a 6pd pully and a 9pd .... once it up on the dyno i will choose the one that keeps the care in the safe rage I.E air/fuel being dead on with no lean conditions...to be honest this time around i just want something that is super clean and that is fun to drive ...if i wanted to go crazy i would slap ina keith craft motor and push to 500hp .... 375 to 400 is a fun car to drive

Word up Brotha. You can take a Yugo, put 17's on it with Spreewell rims, a thumpin $2500 stereo system, 50 shot of NOS under the hood, make it a convertible.......but after all is said and done, it's still a phuquing Yugo.

Cool bro, whats it run in the quarter? I'm guessing at 277hp around a 13 flat, maybe a high 12 with a good driver.

the sky is the limit for the fox bodys. vortech and procharger both maked intercooled kits and 400+ should be easy to get. i want one real bad

maybe mids unless on drag radials. depends on torque which a am sure is probably around 300-310. and the gearing if its got 373s or lower i am sure low 13s are easy with traction

i love drag racing my wife thinks i am a dumbass for taking a new car and putting nitrous on it.

i already have the powerdyne so i will not be buying another blower to much$$ ...i actaully like the powerdyen just because you don't here so when some fool pulls up next to they just hear a car with a cam ...then when i get into it there like what the F#$ was that


i have attached a pic of my current lx witht he blower on it the new is even cleaner and will look so nice with that blower on it
