I'd have to say "you" 02.... are the closest to me. 100% Golden bro, And thanks for always being there to help me out.
Fuzo and Mick-G are also people that I can always count on to help me out. Thanks to you guys as well.

As far as help with training and what not I gotta say Mike Wolfe, Brent Howard (Sgt. Rock), Ryan Kennelley (Benchmonster) and Sam Byrd (Big Byrd).
Now as far as making me laugh on shitty days and just all around good times and support its the regular posters over here. We've got the best group of people on the net, rarely any drama, just all around good people.Comment

well we all no my obivious answer "LILY"... but she was one i talked to allot before we got together ..... but to be honest mikey has been a wonderful friend has taught me allot and has always been there when i needed him, 02 , fuzo has also have been a wonderful friends.... and the best part is they all have been great friends on and off the board“Don't worry about life, you're not going to survive it anyway.”

mck has helped me with some stuff, one of the biggest things was passing time at work via pm's,lol. thanks
influential, i'd have to say G-S for being such a hard ass sometimes towards me, its helped get me in line though.
i will say that mikey has made me further my research on stuff like slin, gh etc...he's very knowledgable when it comes to anabolics...although, his english isn't the best, its all good
there's others, just can't think right this second. O2 and fuzzy nuts have helped out too a lot, can't forget those cats.
