Whenever I workout I notice that immediately after doing a set, my shoulder has a half moon shaped black mark the size of a baseball that comes out and then disappears a few minutes after I stop working out. It's been doing this for a long time and I have no clue what it is. Has anyone else ever heard of or seen something like this before?

Re: Wierd workout health question???
I know what your talking about bro, I have heard it is the blood rushing to the surface (capillaries) causing an almost bruise look to parts of the skin...Only happens in certain spots on shoulders and back...are like purple blackish marks in patchy areas??

Re: Wierd workout health question???
I have never even heard of such a thing, but, just my opinion, if your workouts are causing something like that I would not be so comfortable to say it's perfectly normal. That's just my opinion. I've been trianing for 20 years and never had or seen that so I don't think it's 'normal', but that's me. It may not be harmful, but it's certainly not the norm. Again, I'm only basing this on my personal experiences and that's what constitutes 'normal' for me.

Re: Wierd workout health question???
At my homeboard there are atleast 20-25 guys in a thread talking about this, seems to be something that happens to alot of guys...not everyone but even seasoned vets, doesnt make it normal or abnormal jsut something I think some poeple experience when getting huge pumps.

Re: Wierd workout health question???
I noticed them the most with igf pumps, and when in mid cutting cycle whn skin is getting tight, almsot as if there is more blood supply to the tissue causing these to form or be more apparent...Interesting though, But I CAN say in my experiences that i never noticed them before aas use.

With that said, when I lived in ATL all of my bros used there and I don't remember seeing it. Some of these guys were huge too. You think it's related to the aas, or just an individual thing?HE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!
