I think I was scammed on CraigsList by this prick from California. I wanted this item from him, it was $100 so I bought a Money Order of $100 and sent it to him overnight via USPS Express. He told me he has cashed in the money order and got the money and would soon send me the item. Now its been 4 days I hear nothing from him. I have his correct, right home address, his e-mail and thats about it. What can be done at this point ?

Well depending on where you live maybe he already sent it and you just haven't recieved it. I live in Florida and when people in New york send me stuff it takes almost 5-6 business days for it to arrive. Maybe it's in transit now. Did he say how he would send it? Does he have your address?
Also I've had some sellers on Ebay that had absolutely zero communication but I did end up getting the package. They never replied to my emails or calls.
I'd give it a good 7 business days from the day he recieved your cash till I started freaking out. -

was it a US Postal Service money order? if so, you can file a fraud complaint with the USPS and they'll investigate it. thats mail fraud to say the least.Comment
