My apetite is crazy right now......

    My apetite is crazy right now......

    I was doing so good at my diet and now since I've started taking all these new supps, I've been having crazy cravings and consuming a ton more food than I normally eat.

    Is there any apetite suppresant/ fat burner pill out there that really works? I want to eat healthy and eat less but I've been so damn hungry.

    These are my current supps:

    Beverly int vitamin pack
    Vitamin C as ascorbate 8-10g total ed
    Mag citate 200-400mg daily still messing with the dosage
    12-15g fish oil
    Taurine 4g x 3 ed - not before bed
    NAC 500 mg 3x a day
    Alcar 1g 3X ed
    R-ala 100mg 4 x ed
    GABA 500mg 3x ed -not before workout
    CEE- 2g 3-4x ed
    Glutamine 5g 3-4x ed
    Hydra joint 1200 condriton 1200 glucosamine 500 msm
    pantothenic acid (b5) 10 g ed
    10 bags green tea daily -
    liver tabs about 20 ed 4 with each meal

    CROMBIE I SAID IT BEFORE TO MUCH VIT C MAN 2-3 G MAX A DAY DUDE. 8-12 IS A OVER KILL.SAME WITH THE FISH OIL MAN.AND I ALWAYS SAID AND EVERYONE ELSE HAS SAID IF YOUR HUNGRY MAN GO EAT WHAT YOU WANT.SOMETIMES IN LIFE YOUR BODY WILL NEVER GET IT TO THE WAY YOU WANT IT. GENETICS MAN. GO EAT DUDE. CROMBIE I WANT TO SEE A PIC OF YOU WITH YOUR SHIRT OFF.

        Oh woops! I lowered my vit c to 2-3g a day and the fishoil to about 8. I cut and paste that from another post I made previously. I just did that to give everyone a general idea of what Im taking and if any of that made anyone else super hungry. Hahaha! Want to see me with my shirt off? I've posted a few pics like 4 weeks ago, I look the same but less tan.

        Oh also I have horrible gas lately. I've never in my life had gas problems. Now its all the time. I work in an open aired shop with a bunch of guys and they can barely stand it. Just imagine me working in an office with a bunch of women around. Everyone would hate me.
