1.5 wooded acres on dirt road (butt's up to wildlife refuge) across from a lake. 5bedroom, 2bath, 2story cape cod, w/finished basement, for total of a little over 4000 sq. feet. the basement has a gym, fireplace, living room, sons room, and the utility room. the ground floor also has fire place, and has oak floor's in living room and hallway, ceramic tile in "country" kitchen. 2 car attatched garage, wrap around front porch, and ceader back deck. upstair is the little one's rooms, and a common area in between them, for them to play in.

I live in a 2 bed 1 bath house with french doors, a living room with 20 ft vaulted ceilings, big kitchen, and a 1 car garage on a 1/3 of an acre in a deed restricted community. I've got freak trees in my back yard that grow Limes, Lemons, and Oranges all on the same tree.

I just remodeled the whole house. Brand new tile, kitchen cabinets, appliances, one of those cool bathroom faucets that sits on top of the counter, granite tops, custom walk in closets with built in drawers and such, paint, fixtures, lights, handles, custom built computer desk.

Basically everything I could change I did. I'm an absolute clean freak and I like everything to be absolutely spotless. I don't have the biggest house but I wanted to focus on quality not quantity. Why have a big house when you can't fill it with quality stuff?

Modest and no mortgage. Just the way I like it. 3 bed 2 bath on 1/2 acre remodeled older house. Lots of pine trees on the west side (helps keep the AZ sun out)

middle class to a "T" in the slow painful process of remodleing. 2000 square feet in a sleepy little neighborhood where you always wave at your neighbors. my lot isnt huge but i have 6 pine trees and one huge oak.

i have a big ass garage that the truck and the car fit in with plenty of room to spare for bikes and lawn equipment.

inside other than being "in progress" it is very comfy. new argon gas filled windows and a new 14 sear ac my utility bills even during our stint of 105 degree days my electric bill never broke $240 even keeping the AC at 73-74 degrees

i am proud of my little home. nothing flashy but my family and i are quite content

Doesn't surprise me! According to the 'Beavis and Butthead book' back in the 90's they had a section about famous people fighting things. They had Jon Bon Jovi's fighting a blade of grass. They said that Jon would scream at the grass but the grass would get mad and kick his ass. Pretty much anything should be able to whoop him. Hahaha.

I live on the lake, in a four bedroom two an a half bath. just remodled the kitchen and bathrooms,..heated tile, granite tops, refaced all the cabinets. probally a 900k place now. just nice to have a warm shower and a place to sleep.
