he was a bad governer and a bad person in general and i hope he doesnt make one cent off his book. i feel really bad for his family he is leaving behind cause his wife was behind him 100% for a long time through this but instead of taking the quiet way out he writes a book just to make money while embarrising the heck out of his wife and slapping his family in the face in the process.
he also is putting down the gay community by referring to his exploits in the truck stops as nothing more than just sex for him. being gay is not about just having sex like he portrays, it is a lifestyle for the true gay community and he doesnt even deserve to be considered part of it!!!

My wife and I got into a heated discussion about this last night. I say he is selfish for doing that to his daughters. "He couldn't be himself so he came out of the closet." That's BS, you came out of the closet because you didn't have the money to pay your gay lover that was going to black mail you. Fact of the matter is, we all struggle with something. My wife struggles with cigarettes, a lot of us here struggle with not being little, some people struggle with homosexuality. He gave into that urge just like my wife gives into cigarettes every now and then. The difference is, now he can live his life and his daughters are paying for it.

i think he knew he was a homosexual when he got married but repressed his gayness for the opportunity to be gov. i do think he did the right thing by stepping down. i dont have a problem with gay folk in general unlaess they try to take davantage of situations like this. he now has a book deal worth alot of $ and is a hero in that community.

i think he is a piss poor role model for his constituents

He's a douche bag! He's trying to make money and at the expense of his family. He knew damn well that he was gay before any of this came about, yet married and had children for his political gain. I couldn't agree more! He's a jackass! He's a weak pathetic selfish *****. He knew he was gay, he should have been a phukin man about it and just took the hershey highway. Instead, he lied to his wife and family and now they have to suffer for his cowardness. He should have to give all of his profits to his wife and family for breaking his marriage vows.
