All I can say is OUCH!

Man, the pain after surgery is ten times worse than when I ruptured it. I have a 6 inch cut going up my calf and no matter how you sit, it phukin hurts. I went through ALL my pain meds by yesterday evening and had to get more called in. The only comfortable position is laying face down asleep. Well, that just doesn't cut it. I can't phukin sleep all day. So, I've been fighting the pain while I try to get some work down.

I can't do anything myself and to make things worse, the nerve block they gave me has made my bladder not want to work right. I feel like I have to pee but I can't get anythign to come out so I just sit there, and sit there until it comes out. I've sat for 20 minutes waiting to piss. By that time, everything else in my legs is numb so I can't get up. Anyways, I'm at my pc to get some work done and I will check in later.

So far so good and I have my check up on Wednesday.

That's what you get for having such freaky ass calves! Are you icing it? I had the piss thing happen to me when I had my shoulder scoped, I hit some e/c/a and then I was pissing like an olympic champion.

I know that feeling - what did they give you for the pain?

After I had my operation 10 years ago they gave me Tylenol-3 (with codeine) and it didn't work worth a damn, the next day it actually worked IN REVERSE (increased my pain instead of killing it)! I ended up ditching it and taking some over-the-counter strength Ibuprofen and that worked fine.

lol, he knows im kidding. my little brother just had surgery, had his elbow completely replaced, plastic, metal, all sorts of goodies in there. everytime I call him, I ask him ' you doing pullups yet? ', 'what about pushups?' lol.
