    CAN you GET it at CVS ?? like over the counter... I use Salac..seems to be working great.. not for face tho..gets it real dry.

      vitamin b5 pantothenic acid... about 4G a day is what works best for me... but after about 2 months i get used to it and it stops working. but it gets me through the PCT when my hormones are out of wack.

      what about the BIOELEMENTS SPOTLESS CLEANSER?? where do you get it? is it a wash, or a cream you put on after the wash?
      I'm Just an old chunk of Coal, But I'm gonna be a DIAMOND some day.
