  • Update on night terrors

I asked my kid's dr. about getting a sleep study done per MickG's suggestion and she said before she did that she wanted to try melatonin. Well it's been a couple of weeks now and since she's been taking 1.5 mg an hour before bed, no night terrors at all. I guess it just puts her in deep enough or relaxes her enough that the terrors are bypassed. Just glad my little princess is doing well now.

That's good news. Melatonin knocks me out and I sleep like a rock.
