I stepped on the scale after my workout last night and I'm 248 at 5'10". That's on an empty stomach too. It's far from anything lean though, LOL. But, my highest every was 244. I'm up 15 pounds in 6 weeks. I'm going to have to start doing more cardio because I'm going to end up hitting 260 before you know it.
