Having crazy cravings lately ie....went to the store and picked up some oatmeal cream pies for a cheat once in a while and ate the whole box (12) already since last night. Makes me feel like shit. I was doing so well. Can it be all my new supplements (just started 3 weeks ago) or that Im doing PCT?
Anyhow reguarless do any of these app suppresants out there actualy work?

Actually, if you want a great appetite suppresant, eat fiber. Fiber is VERY filling. When I want to cut, I eat slim fast fiber bars. They fill me up for about an hour or so.

Man I work in a shop and if I eat more fiber the guys I work with are all going to quit. I can clear half the shop in seconds. Oh and its an open air shop, so you know its bad. Hahahaha! Gas-X doesnt do anything either.
im having the same problem.. when i was on cycle diet seemed very easy..now that im off.. i get late night cravings like crazy..
I'll start planning another cycle then.
Bro you dont even know. Lately I've been waking up twice during the night, usually to take a leak and I have these horrbile hunger pains. I try for a protein shake but ONs cookies and cream tastes like total ass in a 5lb jug. So I opt for my low carb low sugar milk and a pb and j sand or just some pb. I feel bad but hell, Im hungry.
Im just glad I dont have any other junk in my apt or it would be gone 1st.
