    If it was me I would them a hell of alot more that 2x a month. Try 2x a week reall light and maybe only 6 sets 8-12 light reps. Just until your muscles start to get used to the breakdown and rebuild, Hell i would have the same problem with any muscle if i only worked it twice per month. I'm not a doctor just my thoughts.
