Yes it is brutha FUZO ! im feeling really good this morning too. it's sunny, the birds are singing, and allready 64 degrees ! todays my chest and arm day, and I'll probally practice a few sets of forms for our tournement comming up. wash my truck, and grill some high quality muscle building chow. oh yeah,...some yard bird, mahi mahi, some coho, prawns. plenty to share everybody, so stop on by if you're in the neiborhood.Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
