^ I agree. You have to do more than twice ew. Your diet must be not only on, but NO cheat meals either. Working long hrs, and stress, lack of sleep..can all have an impact.

Thanks guys. Yeah I've been working on getting to bed by 10-1030 ish. Thats huge for me being a former bartender that didnt go to bed till 2-3 am everynight. I drink maybe, maybe once a week now and its only a few glasses of red wine (pinot noir). Difference is back then I could sleep till 12 or 1 but now I have the alarm set for 6:15. I've been getting up ed and going to the gym, doing 30 minutes on the hill climber machine (3-.3.5 mph and 20-50 degree incline) sweat my ass off, then go straight to work and shower there. I've also been doing stress managment, trying not to get so upset about ANYTHING and taking life easy.

These are the supps Im taking as of now:
                Beverly int vitamin pack
Vitamin C as ascorbate 8-10g total ed
Taurine 4-5 grams ed - not before bed
                NAC 500 mg 3x a day
                Alcar 1g 3X ed
                R-ala 100mg 4 x ed
GABA 500mg 3x ed -not before workout
                CEE- 2g 3-4x ed
                Glutamine 5g 3-4x ed
Hydra joint 1200 condriton 1200 glucosamine 500 msm
                pantothenic acid (b5) 10 g ed
                10 bags green tea daily
liver tabs about 20 ed 4 with each meal
clen- as much as I can tolerate, taking the 3 day on 1 day off approach

Bedtime I take 5-htp and super snooze with melatonin by vitamin world, Sleep like a baby and wake up feeling great.

I've been carb cycling too. Does this look right?

1-wake up 50 g whey along with clen and supps
                cardio
2-2/3 old fashioned oats and eggs or chicken breast
3-chicken or tuna with olive oil and balsamic vin and a huge plate of raw spinach
                4-same
5-chicken or tuna and some kind of carbs if Im going to lift, if not then something simular to 3 just fat and protien
                lift
6-pwo shake (50 protien 25g dex 25 g malto) if not working out 8-10 whole scrambled eggs and maybe some naturally more peanut butter to help with cravings
7-if I worked out some low GI carbs and lean protein
8-reguarless last meal of the day is protein and fat

I'll do this diet for 3 days and then on the 4th have about twice that amount of carbs but not mixing carbs and fats.

If I drink milk, its now the Mootopia stuff, its fat free, 14g protien, 4g carbs and 4 g sugar per serving.

Something weird- all of a sudden since I've been trying to really eat well, I've been craving chocolate. I never even cared for it before, now I want brownies, cake and ice cream all chocolate. Weird huh? I got these Healthy Choice fudge bars for the store and they seem to be helping with the cravings.

Oh and Im taking between 200-400mg mag citrate daily as well, toying with the dosage right now.

Just started taking all these aminos last week as opposed to products that contain them or other stimulants that make me feel great for a while then I crash and feel like shit.

I was just going to say about the EFA's, lol! Bro, i would cut down on some of the sups, they can tend to bloat you out if they have alot of binders or fillers. Also are you giving yourself enough rest (i mean in days off)?

Well today is my day off this week. One manager had a kid and the other hurt himself leaving me to work 65-ish hours last week. I still have to work tommorow too. All I really do is wake up hit the gym for cardio, work all day go to the gym for weights 3 times a week and then go to bed and start all over again. I think Im doing ok.

Thats not too bad. I, for some reason thought you were putting yourself thru the grind. I don't know what to say, except that viseral fat is the hardest to loose, especially if your genetics are prone to keeping it close to the organs. Just keep doing what your doing and it will take time, but you should get there sooner or later.

Yeah Im going to try to keep it up. My gf said I looked better than the last time she saw me so that made me feel good. She probably just wanted to get some though. Haha.

Work is a little tough though bro. I worked about 11 hours ed last week and then on Sunday only 5. Its about 80 when we get there in the morning and about 98-100 degrees when we leave. Def different from being a bartender.
