Re: Considering paying for a routine/ diet plan

all/most online trainers have a lot of generalized info out there that can help you get the training/diet info you need. it just takes some time to research that, and you have to want to take the time to do so. the past year or so, i've been doing just that. learning new training techniques/principals and implementing them in my training. through the research of SB, IA, and DC, i've learned a shit load in the past year, you have no idea. basically what i would do is sit back, read, grasp these principals, use them in your training for the next 6 months or so, then if you are seeing gains in that time and want to further those on a more personal level, then i'd pay the money. when you pay the money, they outline a more personalized training and diet program as opposed to the free info you can get on their websites. one thing i've learned through the past year in terms of training is this...

low volume, lots of food, heavy weight, and breif training will allow you to grow, simple as that.

most of the trainers or whoever they are offering to train, what they do , they ask crombie or whoever the person is, how they work out and their eating habit and so forth and they end up giving em differnet routine to shock their system since their body been adpated to it and we all know this, u need to change your routine every 6 months to keep shocking your muscle....i know some of the peeps here dont follow what we tell em what to do and they end up thinking either we are giving em wrong advices or the growth stopped and cant get anymore bigger......
like I said: i would not pay nobody unless for a prep guy who knows what he is doing
