    Soy sausage patties, best of the egg (like egg beaters), cheese, salmon, shrimp, crab, smoked turkey, ground turkey, strip steak, ground steak, all kinds of veggies, mangos, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, more cheese,...I eat what I want.
    Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.

      oh god...you dont even wanna know

      yesterday....I had 4 bottles of water, 2 pieces of spinach and mushroom pizza and 5 pieces of choc chip cookie dough and some leftover lo mein.

          9AM fruit and water first thing in the morning, followed by a bowl of cheerios.

          11AM Eggs w/onions, shrooms, cheese, topped with hot sauce & toast

          1PM Sandwich & Chips

          5PM Chicken & rice or potatoes

          8PM Some eggrolls or pizza or leftovers

          11PM leftovers

            actually I'm just floatin....floatin at about 115 lbs with no plans for cycling this summer.

              The list is too long to detail. I eat as clean as possible - meaning no processed foods.

                hmm today i had a protien shake for breakfast and a yogurt...
                lunch i had roaster chic, cranberry sauce, salad, and brown rice and a glass of milk...
                i'll have a snack later...luna bar or yogurt
                Dinner, no idea yet lol...maybe a hot chicken sandwich on wheat....

                Aerobics: a series of strenuous exercises which help convert fats, sugars, and starch into aches, pains and cramps! (that's why I don't do 'em LOL)

                  Oatmeal, Chicken breast (2 meals), protein shake (2 meals).
