i closed on my house at 330 on monday after noon cashed the check and 2 hours later it was GONE! BUT I AM DEBIT FREE FOR THE MOST PART and if the lady renting my house had not screwded me out of almost 5 grand i would be sitting pretty nice saving account! FU *****!!!

Yeah, I refinanced my house, paid off credit cards and bought a condo as an investment property. Except, I went through about 36k in no time. And, I have more debt than I had before. Of course, someone is paying my mortgage on the condo for me and I postive cash flow on the property so it's all worked out so far.
