To me body building got me through the hardest time i have ever had to go through in my life, as some of you know i lost my wife and 4 year son in terrible car accident, so turning to body building and eating right was a huge part of therapy for me, the gym was the one place i could go and only think about me and watching my body change was one the most uplifting and wonderful feelings.

I agree snickers should win. I don't pray much but I prayed for him after I read that and also added in the prayer I hope he wins. looks like prayers work!! My heart goes out to ya brother! I give you the utmost respect for keeping it together. It really made me realize how insignificant my problems are.

What does bodybuilding mean to me, mmmm? It means my husband is at the gym at least 2 hours a day, and there are not enough mirrors in the house. It also means he only eats healthy and has a lot of gas. It also means he is always on the computer because of his extreme dedication to this site. Oh by the way, am I excluded from this contest?
