I heard he was 210 in this photo, and he's 5'6. Me and Mikey were talking a little and he had a hard time believing I was only 227 in my photo.

                Re: Let's play a game

I find it interesting that Lee only ever ate 1 gram of protein per lb of bodyweight as well. Even when competing, he only at 1 gram per pound. That's why feel anything more than 1.5grams per pound would be overkill and near impossible.

In that picture I would say about 185! He got second to Lee Haney a few times and only weighed in the 180's. Ba far, the most impressive physic on a shorter BBer ever, IMO.

He looks big because he's so small! No offense to short people out there but there is no challenge in filling out a small frame. Its so much harder to get bigger when your super tall and have long extremities! I'm not too impressed by short built people!

Phuque off stilts Actually, short people have no problem with things like bench pressing, squats, presses, etc.... Our arms and legs are much shorter, so we don't have as much of a distance to go. Fist fighting we have a problem with. You get a guy with a good 70 inch plus reach who knows how to box, and we're phuqued. That's why we like to wrestle.
