Can anyone help me shrink this one to use for my new Avatar.

hard to do gifs..... it's a whole bunch of pix put together... u'd have to take em apart, shrink em one by one, and then put em back together... i think.....
so it's hard...

i tried shrinking something like that and i cant...how did you do it?

you have to have a program that can handle multi-frame gifs..most paint programs cant, which is why you have problems.
