    I hope Ortiz whips that arse. I have alot more respect for him since he was a coach on the ultimate fighter. Shamrock just showed up to talk smack to Ortiz with no intent to coach and win. Sylvia I hope gets beat, I just want someone to get inside that long reach and put him out.

      from what I saw of the last shamrock ortiz fight, shamrock had beter be training hard, because he got his ass kicked so bad last time it was embarrasing.

      personally I think ortiz is going to win again.

        Think back to Tito's last fight vs Forrest Griffin. That was exactly what Tito needed, a 3 round battle that made him exhaust all his options. He pulled out all his tricks, beat the living crap out of him, gave him his best shot (several times) and Forrest kept coming, almost winning.

        To me that says Tito should training even harder than he has before. It wasn't a tune up fight, it wasn't some shmuck....I dont know if he took him lightly or not but now it should be VERY clear to him that nothing can be taking for granted or taken lightly. I have to believe that fight made him step up his game in all aspects of it, maybe even a few steps higher...

                          WELL ANOTHER UFC, I'VE BEEN JONESING FOR SOME LIVE FIGHTS SINCE GRACIE GOT HIS ASS BEAT ON MAY 27. HERE'S MY PICKS FOR ALL THE FIGHTS. HERMES FRANCA WILL WIN OVER JOE JORDAN W/ SUBMISSION, CHEICK KONGO OVER GILBERT ALDANA REFEREE STOPPAGE, JEFF MONSON OVER ANTHONY PEROSH GROUND AND POUND FOR THE ABU DABI CHAMP. FICKETT OVER PELLEGRINO DECISION, YVES EDWARDS & JOE STEVENSON TOUGH FIGHT EDWARDS BEING A VETERN IN THE UFC AND JOE A POSSIBLE UPCOMING STAR, STEVENSON HAS NOT IMPRESSED ME YET IN THE RING, HE HAS LOOKED SLOW AND UNCONDITIONED EVERYTIME I'VE SEEN HIM, WERE AS YVES IS A CARDIO MACHINE AND VERY COMFORTABLE, I SEE YVES WINNING BY DECISION BECAUSE OF CONDITIONING, JOSH BURKMAN AND JOSH NEER, WELL BURKMAN IS A GUY FROM BIG BEAR AND TRAINING W/ TITO YOU KNOW HE'S READY TO ROCK & ROLL ALL NIGHT LONG, I TAKE BURKMAN OVER THE DENTIST REFEREE STOPPAGE FROM BLOWS, ONCE AGAIN I THINK CONDITIONING WILL PLAY A PART IN THIS FIGHT. NOW TO TITO AND SHAMROCK, MAN THE ANTICIPATION IS KILLING ME HERE, I HONESTLY BELIEVE THE ONLY WAY KEN CAN WIN IS BY KNOCKING TITO OUT, WHICH EVERYONE KNOWS REALLY HASN'T HAPPENED YET LIDDEL ROCKED HIM W/ HEAVY BLOWS AND THE REF STOPPED IT BUT TITO GOT RIGHT UP AFTER THAT MORE FATIGUED FROM SO MANY PUNCHES LANDING THAN A KNOCK OUT PUNCH IN THE LAST FIGHT TITO GOT ROCKED BY KEN FOR A SPLIT SECOND BUT NOTHING A TAKEDOWN COULDN'T FIX, YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN KEN COULD PULL OUT A HEEL HOOK BUT EVEN IF HE DID W/ TITO'S GROUND SKILLS UNLESS HE PULLED IT OUT EARLY WHEN THE FIGHTERS ARE DRY, NO WAY. TITO IS GOING TO BEAT ON HIM AGAIN, THE MAN WILL NOT GET TIRED IN 5 ROUNDS HE DEF. WILL NOT TIRE OUT IN 3 ROUNDS. TITO WILL OVERWELM THE LION. SYLVIA AND ARLOVSKI WOW AWESOME MATCH UP, SYLVIA HAS COME A LONG WAY IN DEFENDING TO THE GROUND GAME AND SUBMISSIONS MAYBE IT JUST TOOK SOMEONE TO BREAK HIS ARM TO REALIZE HE HAS TO LEARN TO ADAPT. TIM TRAINS AT POSSIBLY THE BEST CAMP IN THE COUNTRY, MILETICH FORMER CHAMP HUGHES CURRENT CHAMP THE SKILLS AT THAT CAMP ARE CLEARLY THE BEST, BUT ARLOVSKI IS A NATURAL HIS BUILD STYLE AND MINDSET ARE THERE. HE CAN'T FIGHT TIMS FIGHT STANDING UP YA HE ROCKED TIM LAST TIME BUT ULTIMATELY LOST ON HIS FEET GETTING KNOCKED THE PHUCK OUT. I'M PULLING FOR ARLOVSKI WINNING BY SUBMISSION 2nd ROUND. ENJOY THE NIGHT EVERYONE I KNOW I WILL, IF I KNOW MY CREW WE WILL BE HOLDING A CLINIC IN BETWEEN FIGHTS IN THE LIVING RM.

                            WELL I JUST VEIWED SOME PREFIGHT PICS OF JOE STEVENSON AND YVES EDWARDS AT WEIGHT IN AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN STEVENSON SO CUT DOWN HE IS DEFINATELY THE LEANEST HE HAS BEEN IN MMA. SO IT LOOKS LIKE A WAR, THAT WAS MY ONLY QUESTION IN THIS FIGHT WAS HIS CONDITIONING, HE LOOKS GREAT WERE IN FOR A BATTLE TONIGHT.
