Report: N. Korea has more missiles ready


SEOUL, South Korea - North Korea has three or four more missiles on launch pads and ready for firing, major South Korean newspapers reported Thursday.


The missiles are either short- or medium-range, reported Chosun Ilbo, one of South Korea's largest dailies. It cited an unidentified senior South Korean official.

Another major paper, JoongAng Ilbo, carried a similar report.

The North has also barred people from sailing into some areas off the coast until July 11 in a possible sign of preparations for additional launches, Chosun Ilbo said.

North Korea test-fired seven missiles on Wednesday, triggering international condemnation. The missiles apparently fell into the sea without causing damage or injuries.

they are a long way from being able to get nukes anywhere... all their missles are garbage to this point.

I say we nuke the bastards with some of our own and then find a way to capitalize by selling it as tourist attractions and call it Lake Korea....Even sounds nice, "Hey, wanna take a trip up to lake Korea and drink a few beers"....Yep, sounds good to me

Their missles aren`t that bad but the none of them have a very large payload and the long distance ones have a really small payload capacity.

This is a ploy by Kim Bong Ill to remind the world that he still exists and is a powerful force to be recconed with.

Former Sec of State Madeline Albright said that he reminded her of an aging rock star. Doing things to keep himself in the papers, trying to impress, etc. The man wears 3 inch lifts for christs sake! He has a team of people who "study his hair" analyzing the public reaction to changes in his hair style, etc. He craves attention, the good kind, the bad kind - doesn`t matter.

Now, that's an idea. Except, no one will be able to go there for many years until the radiation wears off. But, that would be a good time to buy real cheap. Then sell it for retirement. LOL

South Korean and the US would make that country a parking lot in less than 72 hours. Plus, whatever pansies the UN would order to go in with us would only enhance the excitement. Where's a guy like Gunnery Seargent Carlos Hathc o c k today? We could use him to pick off Kim Jung Il from a mile away with his .50 callibur rifle.
