Was huge. And I'm not talking fat. Her back was much better than mine and I was training back today. I'm not super strong but I'm not weak either. This lady and I hit a couple exercises together and I didn't even have to strip plates. Talk about embarassing!
The only one I got her on was reverse grip bent over rows. I had her by a whole 50 pounds. But, on the lat pull and the Hammer Row we were just about the same. I might have gotten a rep or two more but that was it. I'm telling you, I looked at her back with total envy. Her mid and upper traps were awesome. And my traps aren't to shabby, but her mid trap thickness crushed mine. Her form was awesome too.
I never thought I would want to be built like a woman, but in this case, I would take her back any day of the week.
